Thinly sliced skirt steak marinated in Balsamic vinegar, agave nectar, lime juice, Mexican oregano and southwestern spices. The shrimp are marinated in the same spices and lime juice. The steak and shrimp are then grilled. This tasty surf and turf combo is served on a warm jalapeno and cilantro flour tortilla with grated cheese and roasted sweet bell pepper and jalapeno salsa.
