Gold Nugget Topped Pork Tenderloin in Yukon Jack Whiskey Gravy

A tender, moist, Pork tenderloin is topped with a fresh morel mushroom that I stuffed with sharp cheddar cheese, dipped in egg, rolled in Gold Fish cracker crumbs and baked.  A spicy Yukon Jack whiskey gravy moat and crispy southwestern seasoned Yukon Gold steak fries finish off this dish.  You will think you have died and gone to “Hog Heaven”.
